Egged on by a colleague of mine, I made some more
changes on the job application and emailed it to the British educational portal
that is hiring math teachers with 25 years of mathematics teaching experience.
While filling up the job application, I realized how
the job application
templates have changed ever since I first applied for a primary school
teacher post in 1986.
As per the contemporary demands, the premade job applications
ask for so many details that we generally forget. According to the industry to which we apply
for jobs, application templates change.
For example, an application for SEO professional is
totally different from an application for a nurse job. Industry specific job applications
are now made and sold by exclusive HR companies.
