I just stumbled on to this fantastic website which offers over 2000 web designs and templates for free.
It Is called OSWD-Open Source Web Design. It is a collection of web designs submitted by the community that anyone can download free of charge!
The Open Source Web Design project was founded in September, 2000 by Francis J. Skettino. The goal was to provide the Open Source community with quality web designs to help get people's projects on the web in a way that is both organized and good looking.
Even they may not be aware of my immense gratitude. This is what I have been looking for. I can added content to any website or blog but designing is the hardest part for me.
I tried my hand many times but simply it was a worthless job.
