How to increase your website social rank?

Before you call 1 800-882-1500 to find out how http://www.rankgiant.com can help your web site gain social rank, please read further to gain valuable insight on the meaning of social rank and how it plays a crucial role in today’s Internet marketing scenario.

Essentially, there are two major ways a website is made popular in the Internet. One way is making your site optimized for the search engines using the old methods so that organic search results put you on the first page of search engines.

The second method is to mostly bypass the major search engines and implement an active social media marketing campaign so that your website is found out by only 100% targeted audience.

This second method is one by which a web site goes about increasing its social rank. It means your site is talked about by people in the leading social media networks that include Twitter, Google+, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pintrest.

What is meant by ‘talked about’? Read the following points.
·       *  When targeted people like your Facebook postings and share them on their Facebook wall
·      *   When your twitter timeline posts are retweeted by those who are considered as authorities in your niche
·      *   When you post your blog posts in Google+, others repost them on their G+ profile pages
And so on...

These kinds of actions generate social signals pointing to your website or blog. This is a time consuming work and is better left to professional SEO managers. Rank Giant is one of them that offer affordable Social Marketing packages. They are a highly experienced internet marketing firm that employs over 100 Internet marketers.

Now, are you ready to call them at 1 800-882-1500?

Free Facebook share, G+, Pinterest repins, twitter follow.

Relentless activity is going in the world of web to meet the frequent changes in Google’s indexing algorithms. No sooner than we modify our internet marketing strategy as per Google’s Panda and Penguin updates, we face with ‘Humming bird’ update.

Though the latest change in indexing strategies do not warrant any big reaction or changes from us bloggers and webmasters, we are kept on tenterhooks by the big boss Google. As soon as an update is announced, we go berserk. We hop between all the blogs dealing with search engine related news, trying to find a verdict by majority of the authors and we take steps to implement the suggestions.

What I have gathered so far is, the veterans in digital marketing world don’t foresee any big change in the importance of getting strong social signals. This means we must ensure that more and more people from diverse fields should ‘like, share, follow and retweet’ our digital foot prints.

We should aim to get:
1.     Facebook wall post likes
2.    Facebook wall post shares
3.    Facebook fan page likes
4.    Facebook followers and friends
5.    Google +, post shares
6.    Pinterest followers and ‘likes and repins’ of our pinterest pins.
7.    People to follow our Linkedin posts, ask questions or comment on our Linkedin posts
8.    Twitter followers, retweets of our tweets
9.    More followers for Bloglovin profiles, ‘likes’ and ‘shares’ for our bloglovin feeds
10. Instagram ‘likes’ and ‘followers’

These actions sound easy but require plenty of effort to get people engage in our social networking activities. There are micro job sites where you can see people selling these services for money. It is not advisable to pursue that strategy for getting social signals for obvious reasons.

Which social media is the best for real estate agents?

Which social media marketing is most effective for real estate agents?

I would say that FaceBook leads the pack. This is one area in digital marketing industry where there are no differences of opinions.  If at all there is some dispute, I don't think there would substantial statistics to prove that I am wrong; as a matter of fact, my opinion is echoed by millions of Internet entrepreneurs.

Nevertheless, the most successful realtors who aggressively use FaceBook to market their real estate dealings also use blogging very smartly. Blogs play larger roles in taking your products and services across the netizens.

The next big social media for real estate brokers is of course Pinterest where images and videos are shared with just a click of a button. Pictures of houses and condominiums posted by property dealers catch the eyes of pinterest users instantly. In addition, if I like an image in Pinterest posted by other, I can 'like' it, make a 'comment' and also 'repin' it on my own PIN board. This viral effect proves to be a great benefit for those who market with images.

I know majority of you won't agree when I say Twitter ranks the last in social media bunch as of now.

How Linkedin increased my blog traffic?

In spite of joining Linkedin.com several years before, I never bothered to explore it. 4 days before was a free day. I plunged into linkedin and came out fully loaded with exciting information.

Linkedin offers extraordinary potential to promote one's online business. If you carefully create your profile, it would attract several clicks.

Browse through hundreds of groups related to your business, join them and establish connection with targeted customers and similar businessmen. Unlike Facebook, majority of the group members are very knowledgeable.  Facebook to me is more for casual socializing whereas Linkedin provides great opportunity for professionals to increase visibility of their online presence.

Promoting your blogs is much easier in linkedin. Search for bloggers in the same niche as yours, connect with them send a message to them, participate in discussions of the groups you have joined with a signature to your blog URL are some of the ways to promote your blogs.

Personally I found replying to discussions in the groups that I have joined and sending private message to group members established me as someone with knowledge in the topic.

Some groups have several thousand members. Imagine the exposure your blogs can get when join such groups.

You can share your blog post URLs to your Linkedin profile and cross post them to the relevant groups you have joined.

Linkedin gets you a lovely profile badge that you can display on your blogs.
Below is my Linkedin profile badge.
