I just now found out about this market place for bloggers and advertisers.
As a blogger, I registered with Buy a Blogger.
Once registered, the advertisers can contact you directly if they are satisfied with your blog's Alexa rank, Google page rank and the number of uniques visitors per month.
While registering, you must give the details of your best blog because at present there is no facility to add more blogs.
There are no fees involved to register as well as to get matched with an advertiser.
At present, there are only 167 blogs are registered with them. Not much information about company is given on the web site.
