Eat to live.

My son’s boss informed my son one day that IT employees who sit for more than 4 hours at a stretch in front of the computers need to engage the services of professional fitness trainers to avoid getting obese and pot belly.

This has to be seriously viewed at the start of their careers before it is too late, by which time, even weight loss pill won’t help. Generally, IT people eat less than most of the others and this habit of eating to live is a healthy habit.

But our metabolism tends to change depending on the age, the type of food we eat, the time of lunch and dinner and so on. So, before you are forced to suppress your appetite by taking diet pills, suppress your urge to eat even when you are not hungry.

Don’t live to eat. Focus your attention on your stomach only when it calls for.
