What you should  3 days after you published your blog post.
* I read it again and see if I can improve it any further
* Start posting the blog post URL in a few social bookmarking sites
* Login in to a couple of revenue sharing blogs, write an excerpt of my blog post and direct the readers to the actual blog post at the end of the excerpt by linking 'More read here...'.
* Comment on some of the blogs that I have subscribed to and leave the blog post URL in the comment form.
* Post a tweet and get it retweeted through Tweet exchanges.(http://easyretweet.com/)
