Don’t eat vegetables, but drink them

I am happy to write about My Daily Veggies Free Sample because I think I am one of the most qualified persons to write about the importance of vegetables for healthy living. I am a die hard vegetarian.

Typically, our daily meal consists of at least two vegetables but cooked in different manner. Hey, don’t worry, I am not going to write my recipe here but if you really want to know how I am able to work 17 hours a day, then you can email me. I will disclose the secret of staying with full energy for 17 hours a day.

Ok, enough of my life. Like any teenager, my son is averse to eating green veggies. But he likes those pastas and soups. I hit upon a bright idea for an alternative vegetable supplement.

I ordered first a sample of My Daily Veggies from Drinkyourveggies.com and mixed my son a soup of tomato adding a generous dose of My Daily Veggies. He wanted to know what it contained.

When I showed him the ingredients (please read below), he was pretty impressed.

Ingredients: Dried whole carrot powder, dried whole pumpkin concentrate (seedless), dried green and white whole cabbage powder, dried zucchini powder, dried red bell pepper powder, freeze-dried cucumber powder, standardized freeze-dried whole vegetable and vegetable extract blend (broccoli, broccoli sprout extract, tomato, carrot, spinach, kale, onion extract, sulforaphane, lycopene, beta-carotene, lutein, glucosinolates, onion flavonoids)

Don’t you agree that’s a lot of vegetables? In fact, I think he is taking more veggies than the rest of my family. I ordered three boxes of My Daily Veggies.
